wow, this didn't take as long as I suspected! well, I'm a HUGE fan of latias (one of my fav. pokemon) and shiny latias is even cuter! but there weren't many pictures of a normal Latias and a shiny one so I decided to draw one and at the same time, try out different backgroun ideas! clever eh? xD
